Welcome. I’m Caxton Ho, a transformation coach, strategist, and educator helping midlife experts and founder-minded professionals rediscover who they are, what they offer, and how to relaunch with confidence — in both career and business.

With over 20 years in coaching, business education, and entrepreneurship, I’ve guided 20,000+ clients through career pivots, business launches, rebranding, and strategic transformations across Canada, the UK, and Asia.

I lost my business during COVID-19 and built back stronger, with purpose.

I began as a business consultant and instructor, eventually launching my own education consultancy and private colleges in Hong Kong and the UK. I co-founded and advised fintech and edutech startups, and supported funding and development projects in daycare, international schools, and real estate.

Then the pandemic hit, and I lost everything I built.

That turning point pushed me into something deeper. I rebuilt from scratch and helped two struggling SMEs restructure and grow into million-dollar businesses. I then relocated to the UK, and later to Canada — starting over, again.

From instructor to Director of Operations at four private career colleges, I found my deeper calling: helping others transform their identity, work, and future.

I now dedicate my work to 1-on-1 coaching and business strategy, and volunteer with organizations that support immigrant communities, career changers, and educational equity.
